Who we're looking for
You don't have to be a seasoned content writer to publish on The Vapour Hut — but you do need to know your subject. Our best contributors fall into three groups:
What we publish
Articles fall into two main lanes — anything that doesn't fit one of these probably isn't for us. We're not currently accepting guest reviews; those are written in-house. Brands hoping to get products reviewed should head to our Submit Products for Review page.
How the pitch works
Email us your idea
Send the title, target category (news or guide), 2-3 keywords and your site/brand URL to [email protected].
We reply with a brief
Usually within a few working days. We'll confirm the angle and any specifics — word count, internal-link targets, tone notes.
You write the piece
800–2,000 words, plain English, your own photos or images you have rights to. Send the draft as .doc, .docx or a Google Doc link.
We polish and go live
We light-edit for grammar, structure and house style, slot in internal links if needed, and publish — you get the live URL.
House style rules
We hold every guest piece to the same standard as our in-house writing. A few non-negotiables before you pitch:
We don't accept AI-generated guest posts. Our editors are well-trained at spotting them and the piece will be rejected. Write in your own voice — that's what readers come for.
Topics related to cannabis or THC (including Delta-8), casinos and gambling, illicit substances, or cryptocurrency will be rejected outright. Same goes for backlinks pointing to any of the above.
UK English. Short paragraphs. Sub-headings. Bullet points where they help. Primary sources for any claim. One do-follow backlink per piece — to a quality site relevant to the article.
