That split is the detail UK adult buyers should focus on. A UK-facing kit should be checked for 2ml pods, GBP pricing, actual box contents and the relevant public product record.

There is also a wording trap around MHRA records. That is useful due diligence, but it needs careful wording. A public MHRA notification record is not the same as a product approval, a safety endorsement or a recommendation to buy. It is one part of the UK product-check trail.

GOV.UK guidance says producers must submit information about e-cigarettes and refill containers to the MHRA before placing them on the Great Britain market, and that only products listed as published in the MHRA notification scheme can be supplied.
