In October 2022, I was visiting the Vaper Expo UK in Birmingham where I got a chance to meet the minds behind the Kings Custard—an E-Liquid company with a knack for decadent custard-flavoured sub-ohm blends. And while I loved everything they had to offer—particularly the Lemon shortfill—one really stood out to me as wholly unique.
And I don’t think I’ll ever find another E-Liquid like it again.
Imagine my surprise when I, an American living in London, stumbled across a truly world-class recreation of the iconic McDonald’s Shamrock Shake in E-Liquid form—in a country that has never had the Shamrock Shake, no less! This coveted menu item is only available in the US, Canada, and Ireland.

When I tried this E-Liquid at the Vaper Expo UK for the first time, I wasn’t warned what it was modelled after in advance; I just vaped it blindly.
I was suddenly awash with this sweet, nostalgic feeling I couldn’t put my finger on (at this point, I hadn’t had a Shamrock Shake in many years).
Within moments, it hit me. I exclaimed, “It’s a Shamrock Shake!”
The Shamrock OG Shortfill E-Liquid delivers a near-exact replica of the McDonald’s Shamrock Shake, with a creamy vanilla base layered with minty freshness throughout. The exhale is cool and satisfying, with a sweet minty edge that tastes just like that verdant treat the UK has never gotten to have.
It’s a simple idea—vanilla ice cream and mint—but it’s executed to perfection.
Since St Patrick’s Day, I’ve been vaping it non-stop—this coming from someone who doesn’t ever go for a custard vape.
